Participant Registration Form for Improvising Inclusive Communities

AUMI-KU Interarts is seeking volunteers to participate in a five-day workshop and two performances with Jesse Stewart, internationally acclaimed musician, scholar, educator and founder of We Are All Musicians, an organization dedicated to fostering inclusive community music-making.  

Requirements for participation: Participants are required to attend all five rehearsals and both performances.  

The dates, times and locations of the events are as follows:

Monday, August 7- Workshop with Jesse Stewart, 3:30-5:00 PM, Lawrence Public Library: 707 Vermont St, Lawrence, KS 66044

Tuesday, August 8- Workshop with Jesse Stewart, 3:30-5:00 PM, Lawrence Public Library: 707 Vermont St, Lawrence, KS 66044

Wednesday, August 9- Workshop with Jesse Stewart, 3:30-5:00 PM, Lawrence Public Library: 707 Vermont St, Lawrence, KS 66044

Thursday, August 10- Workshop with Jesse Stewart, 3:30-5:00 PM, Lawrence Public Library: 707 Vermont St, Lawrence, KS 66044

Friday, August 11- Dress rehearsal, 3:30-5:00 PM, Performance, 5:30 PM, KU Commons: Spooner Hall, 1340 Jayhawk Blvd, Lawrence, KS, 66045

Saturday, August 12- Performance, 3:30 PM, Lawrence Public Library: 707 Vermont St, Lawrence, KS 66044

Performance this Friday!

Please join us Friday, August 11th at  5:30 for a 30-45 minute performance, followed by audience feedback and discussion.  The performance features Jesse Stewart and the Wooden Snap Dragons Ensemble.
